GREETING

     Greeting is the sentences that used when we greet other people, if we meet friends or family, we must say something/expression.

Example of the Greeting

·                                 Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening/Good Night.

·                                 Hello/Hi.

·                                 Nice to meet you.

·                                 Nice to see you.

·                                 Pleased to see you.

·                                 How Are You?

How do you do?

   * We say “How do you do?”, when we meet a person for the first time. We say this in a formal situation.

Example Dialogue of Greeting : 

 1. Lucy    : Hi,Cindy. How are you?

    Cindy   : Hi, Lucy. I am fine, thanks. And you?

    Lucy    : I’m fine, too, thank you. 

 2.Deni                      : Good night,dad.Good night,mom.

   Mr. and Mrs. David : Good night,dear.  Sweet dreams.
